Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb is the first Secretary General of the Unrepresented United Nations and Founder of the Organization. His priorities have been to promote the self-determination of the People and the rights of all Nations as cardinal principle in modern international law principles (jus cogens), binding, as such, on the Unrepresented United Nations as authoritative interpretation of the Charter’s norms .
"I grew up in a world where many times, Governments do not represent People.", the Secretary General has said, "and saw the Unrepresented United Nations as the only option for a new world guaranteeing the development and human rights available for all Nations."
Mr. Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb took take office on 1 January 1st, 2013 at the foundation of Unrepresented United Nations organisation.
The Secretary General was born in the Italy on 08 April 1960. He received a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica, a second bachelor's degree in Law from La Paz University (Panama). He is a member of the International Bar Association (USA), the International Lawyers Association, the ¨Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panama¨, the Carbon Currency Foundation and other organisations. He has written
more than 20 books on investments.
The Secretary General speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. He has one son and one daughter.
